What are the criteria for our customers to Request a Refund?
1. A customer is eligible for a refund if they send an email to info@rupeekx.com (using the registered email address) within 48 hours of purchasing the membership card. The refund payment mode will be the same as the payment mode used by the customer when purchasing the membership card. The refund should arrive within 7 to 8 working days, under the bank’s guidelines.
2. If a customer cannot communicate with the company in English, Hindi, or Gujarati, they can request a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership card.
3. There are certain locations in which our company does not provide its services. If any customer has bought our membership card and belongs to such locations, they can apply for a refund within 48 hours of purchasing the membership card.
